1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GameBend, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use our platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of GameBend after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Digital Products

GameBend sells digital product keys, including game keys, software licenses, and prepaid cards. All products are delivered electronically. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Digital keys are non-returnable once they have been revealed or delivered to you.
  • You are purchasing a license key, not the software itself. The software is subject to the terms of the respective publisher or platform.
  • In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights for digital content, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of your digital product and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the key has been delivered.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices on GameBend are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT and any applicable fees. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of your order confirmation is the price you will be charged. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.

4. Delivery

Product keys are delivered electronically to the email address associated with your account. Delivery typically occurs within 5 minutes of successful payment. In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to supplier processing. You can also view and retrieve your keys from your account dashboard at any time. GameBend is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses provided by the buyer.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if you receive an invalid or duplicate key. For full details, please refer to our Refund Policy.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. GameBend is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use GameBend to:

  • Purchase keys for the purpose of resale without authorization.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the platform.
  • Attempt to exploit pricing errors or system vulnerabilities.
  • Engage in fraudulent payment activity, including chargebacks.
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law.

8. Limitation of Liability

GameBend provides digital product keys on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific product.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on GameBend, including the website design, logos, text, and graphics, is the property of GameBend or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Product names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which GameBend operates.
